practice more genuinely in accordance with our training. Symptom and Pain Management is designed for those wanting to use
insurance benefits for some or all services. Insurers will require this line of service since they are delivered and recorded
under the required guidelines of time, technique, and billing procedure.

Healing Arts, we file only Carefirst & BlueCross BlueShield for Acupuncture services
at this time. Patients with another insurer should expect pay the amounts below under Pain Management Services to PHA at the
time of service, and then seek their own reimbursement. Acupuncture and, less commonly, massage therapy may be reimbursable
benefits that you must verify before scheduling consultation or treatment.
