Jamiel S. Hafiz, MAc,
CMT, RYT
PHA Director

Jamiel is an
Ayurvedic Naturopath in professional practice for more than a decade. He brings experience from a number of conventional Ayurvedic
traditions and their specialties, including Panchakarma, Herbalism, Ayur-Yoga, Marma Chikitsa, and Nature Cure. Jamiel’s
extensive training in bodywork, acupuncture, and movement therapy colors his approach to designing health rehabilitation programs.
Jamiel has taught ayurveda and massage therapy
specialty classes throughout greater Baltimore including: Tai Sophia Institute, Columbia
Yoga Center, Baltimore School of Massage, Holistic Massage Training Institute, and CCBC. He is currently the in-house
clinic director at the CCBC Massage Therapy Program, the only program in the region with a hospital-based training component.

Clinical Herbal Medicine
Porsche is a graduate of the first regionally-accredited Master's degree program in clinical
herbal medicine. Her focus on relationship-based care rounds out a solid background in natural sciences research.

Porsche is available evenings Monday and Wednesday,
and well as Friday and Saturday mornings.
Ceci Garner, RMP
Massage Therapist
Ceci had the benefit of simple, natural healthcare since she was a child.
Her natural talents with massage and bodywork have been complemented by a focus active stretching techniques. Whether
your interested in enjoying a more relaxed body to live in or looking to improve your performance and range
of motion goals, Ceci provides quality work.
Ceci is available Monday
through Thursday mornings from 8:30 am to 6:30pm.
Joseph Roberson, MFA, RYT
Therapeutic and Individual Yoga
Joeseph has practiced yoga and meditation for more than 25
years and is the developer and co-director of the Teacher Training 200 Program at the Yoga Center of Columbia. He has
studied with senior teachers in Kundalini, Iyengar, Anusara, and Ashtanga Yoga. Joseph has studied Vipassana meditation
in Thailand, Iyengar yoga and Osho active meditations in Pune, India. He has three sons, is a practicing artist, and is committed
to living full-out!
Joe is available at PHA--Ellicott City
on Monday afternoons, and well as Friday and Saturday mornings.

Those who know us realize we are personally committed professionals. If you must cancel or
reschedule on shorter motice, we will understand.
To honor your commitment to our professional service, we
charge a fee so that your therapist gets compensation for the missed time. Please also keep in mind that others,
who may truly be in need of treatment, may use the time with proper notice.

within 24 hr. of treatment time will result in a charge to your account at a rate of $24/hour for the scheduled time.
